2: In this screen there are two possibility's.

To fine tune one or more functions on a specific operator:
Select desired operator. Selected operator will light up in
red and numbers will appear on each side of monitor.
Enter operator password (factory password is 12345),
then press Enter. If corec password was entered, a Yellow
Hard hat will appear next to selected operator. Select this 3 4

Minimum current: This is the first current that will be sent to piloting coil when the
joystick is at beginning of stroke. The higher the current is set, the more aggressive the
function will be at begging of joystick stoke.
Example: If spool Opens at 190ma and current is set at 170, joystick will have to be moved
farther for function to beging moving. If current is set 210, as soon as joystick begins to
move spool will kick open.

Maximum current: This is the utmost current that will be sent out to piloting coil when
the joystick is at end of stroke. Lowering this current will limit speed of function and
raising current will speed up function, until spool is against spool limit screw.
Example: If spool is fully opened at 310ma and current is set to 290ma function will not be
at full possible speed when joystick is at end of stroke, but if current is set a 330 the last
part of joystick stroke will be wasted because at 310 spool is against limit screws.

Acceleration ramp: This is the time it will take for the current to go from Minimum to
Maximum when the joystick is fully stoked.
Example: If time is set to 50ms (milliseconds), and currents are set to 170ma for minimum
and 310ma for maximum, when joystick is suddenly moved to full stroke it will take 50ms
for current to go from 170ma to 310ma and 50ms for function spool to be fully open.

Deceleration ramp: This is the time it will take for the current to go from Maximum to
Minimum when the joystick is released.
Example: If time is set to 50ms, and currents are set to 170ma for minimum and 310ma for
maximum, when joystick is suddenly released it will take 50ms for current to go from
310ma to 170ma and 50ms for function spool to close.

displacement. For the same hydraulic response, joystick will need to be

In Track setup screen there is also an Average Speed

adjustment. This is the adjustment for the Medium speed.
(Turtle speed)

Default setting is 75%. This means in turtle mode 75% of

oil flow will be sent to tracks compared to 100% in high
speed.

Snail: Max pump flow - Max motor displacement

Turtle: Set % pump flow - Min motor displacement
Rabit: Max pump flow - Min motor displacement

% Speed

In this screen operator can quickly increase or decrease speed of each fonction.
To do so simply use the up & down arrows to scroll to the desired function and use the
left and right arrow to decrease and increase the percentage.
What this does is lower or raise the Maximum current sent out to piloting EPC's.
Example: If Maximum current for boom up is set to 320ma in operator ajustments and
% Speed of boom up is 80%, max current actualy sent out to EPC will be 80% of 320ma
which is 256ma.
These settings will also follow the operator selection. So if operator 1 ajusts all % speed
at 80% and operator 2 runs with all speeds at 90% when the operator is changed in the
main screen the % speed will change along with all operator settings.
These include: Hydraulic settings, % speed, joystick buttons, joystick mode and
attachment rotor direction.

Auto Idle Time: This will set the time for the engine to drop to low idle when Auto idle is active.

Available times are 10 to 40 seconds by jumps of 5 seconds

Head Type: This will change certain drawings and available data in the monitor and also certain
outputs from ELTEC controler. Available options are Buncher and Harvester.

Anti Stall Agg: There are 5 available levels. Factory setting is 3. This setting will change how much the
controler will let the engine RPM drop before destroking the main hydraulic pumps. At Level 1 pumps
will remain engaged longer and let the engine lug down lower before destroking the pumps. At level 5
anti-stall will destroke pumps much faster to always keep engine RPM at maximum.

Calibration Joystick : Rocker Pedal: This menu will enter calibration screen for joysticks and pedals and will
also allow deadband adjustment for these as well. ENGINE MUST BE SHUT DOWN TO CALIBRATE

time delays for different attachment functions.

Here you can view

current output to
attachment valve.

Up/Down to scroll through options. Left/right to decrease/increase milliamps

Current final speed: This current will set output flow from attachment valve. Max flow
should be around 102GPM. Spool limiter might need ajustment to reach maximum flow.

Start time High current: This will set the time for which high start current will last.

High starting current: This current will be the first current sent to attachment valve.
This will make the attachment valve open faster to get a better reaction from attachment

Feed rollers delay the saw: This is a time delay between roller current and saw current
for attachment valve. When going from feed signal (P2C) to saw signal (P2A OR P2B),
current will go from P2C current to 0 for the amount of time set and back to saw current.
This setting allows attachment spool to close between roller and saw functions to prevent
overspeeding of the saw motors.

P.S. It is important to connect pump signals to corect pin to have the delays between functions

The third page of the attachment settings is for Pinout configuration for a Grapple rotate float and a tool cylinder float**

For the Grapple rotate float the signal can be output in 1 of 2 places:
OXO24-99 C2P04 --> Sol37 or OXO24-99 C1P06 --> CN3P07

For the Tool cylinder float the signal can also be output in 1 of 2 places:

* + Attachment valve means that the attachment valve (sol23) will be simultaniously activated
** An additional external valve needs to be added to create this function.
