Field Trip Logistics

9:15am – Team Room Meet Up

We will gather here and pass out colored wrist bands before loading onto the buses. There are three
main groups (Earth, Moon, Sun) and two subgroups within each main group. Each subgroup will be
assigned a unique wristband color, about 27 students in each subgroup.
9:30am – Load Buses
Ideally each main group (Earth, moon, sun) would be on a bus.
9:55am – Arrive at Planetarium Roundabout
Unload kids at Planetarium roundabout and get into the three main groups. Head to 1st rotation.
10:05am – 1st Rotation

10:15am – Lunch Arrival
