Learners made omelets during the period. The teacher gave them tips and things
to look out for but for the most part they are following the recipe and honing their
skill.

Learners were able to eat the omelets they made for themselves.
General observations:
Groups rotations as this was a big class and there was limited kitchen space. The class spanned
over two classrooms. Classroom management was good but could be challenging if learners

chose to misbehave in the other room while the teacher was helping others. Teacher tries to
balance time between both rooms. Organization is key, food supplies were already prepared
and ready for groups to come and get the portions they need.
