• Start reviews for implementation status ( GENBA ).
• Audit all Zones / Areas for 5 S( GENBA ).
• Auditors should be the Zonal leaders.
• Frequency of the Audit …. Weekly .
• Measure each Zone’s performance by Audit scores.
(Target for 1 S , 2 S and 3 S is min. 75 % )
• Least score out of all zones would be Company’s final score.
• Display Audit scores ( Radar Chart ) and Before - After
photographs .
