Classroom management

I noticed that my MST does many routines to manage the classroom. At the beginning of the
class, she lets the students to set on the carpet to take the attendance and check who is here
and not here. Also, she has different grouping for the students in each subject such as moral
Education, English language and math. She classified the students depend in their level of
understanding. Some students are better in the language and writing, so she puts them in
the high-level group in the English class to let them improve their abilities in the language
and give them challenge writing the stories and questions. Other students are better in
math, so the teacher puts them in high level group in math class. For the low group, she lets
the assistance to help them doing the activities if they have difficulty to solve it. Moreover,
she gives the low-level students simple idea of the lesson to let them understand the lesson
is easy way. She creates special activities for these students to help them improve their
abilities in language. Furthermore, she gives the medium level activities, sometimes she
makes it hard if impossible and sometimes makes it easy for them and its depend on the
lesson. I like when my MST gives the high-level students a challenge to test their abilities
and give them more opportunities to challenge each other and success. In addition, my MST
gives them warning if they make noise and if they make more noise and interrupt her
lesson, she will prevent them from the break to do not do it next time. I like her
management strategies to manage the students and solve their misbehavior.
