Service interval display reset

Note(s)
Service type can be read out from vehicle memory.
Only reset service that has been carried out.

In vehicles with flexible service interval, the display must not be reset manually.
Resetting can only be carried out with a suitable diagnostic unit.

With manual resetting, the service interval is also not set flexibly.

Switch off ignition.

Press and hold odometer tip switch. (1)

Switch on ignition.

Release odometer button when -OIL- shows on the

display.

Turn the clock setting tip switch to the right. (2)

Display shows "----"

To move to the next service, press the odometer tip

switch again. (1)

Release tip switch as soon as "INSP" is shown on the

display.

Turn the clock setting tip switch to the right. (2)

Display shows "----"

Switch off ignition.

The service interval has now been reset.
