Working as a group to create Flossy Posse has been a surprise for all four of us. We now
understand the different aspects of creating a business. Flossy Posse came about because
each group member shared a common interest which was cosmetics. Building a business
literally starts from the ground up. We created business plans and then figured out which steps
were first. We have performed many projects from contacting contractors to creating hiring
applications. Flossy Posse has managers, shift leaders, and team members. However, we have
created different roles for our co-workers because we all have different attributes. Which is
similar to our group, we have played different roles to get our company where we would like it to
be. An example would be with creating promotional flyers. Some members in our group were
responsible for the attraction of our flyer, whereas the other members did the written part. After
collaborating and editing we would then have our finishing piece. Within this journey we have
written many business proposals, inquiries, and multiple types of advertisement. With that being
said we would like to discuss a few of our favorite tasks.
