What ive leaned about technical communication is that its importance to communicate to bridge the
gap between management and employees. Lack of communication skills is one reson emplyees quit or
look elsewhere for jobs. Misunderstanding can lead to stress and frustration, causing any task to be
incomplete. Speaking clearly so that others understand can help with completing work in a timely
manner. With effective communication everyone feels valued.
