Reason for Classroom Environment:

If I had to fully design my classroom, it would look like this. The reason I chose to have
the student’s seats arranged into a mid-stadium view was so that direct attention and
focus is made to either the center or the board since those positions provide a clear
view of both. I positioned turn in bins near the textbooks, so that they are both
accessible to students while entering the room and placing their assignments in the
appropriate bin. In addition, this ensure all students have access to the materials that
will be in use during each day. I decided to place trash cans in both the front and back
of the classroom to reduce potential classroom traffic which can often lead to distraction
during instructional time.
