Before going to bed tonight hold your Magic Rock in your
hand and think about the best thing that happened today
and say the magic words, Thank You, for the best thing
that happened today.

Since I am going to continue these practices through the

entire year I personally write down the best thing that
happened, everyday on the piece of paper or on sticky
note pads. I collect them in the jar or stick them on a
poster board. At the end of the year you have a jar of 365
best blessings or a poster of them that you can frame.
