Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association 37th Men’s Basketball Tournament

The MIAA is a division 2 athletic conference that consists of schools from Kansas,

Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma. The MIAA has hosted its Men’s Basketball tournament at

Municipal Auditorium in downtown Kansas City, Missouri since 1981. The tournament is seeded

based on each team’s regular season record, with the top three seeds receiving byes.

The last three seasons have seen the Northwest Missouri State University win the title

twice with Pittsburg State University winning in 2014.
