 The money should be given has a total amount of Php 14,0000, but the
money given is Php 10,500 which has a deficit of 3,500.
 The money balance is lost due to the negligence of the Most Grand Betan.
 It has been agreed that the money lost will be shouldered by the MGB
himself but there are no exact time or day when he will pay the said
amounted balance.

 It has been concluded that Bro. Jahmil Ramchand continuously asked Bro.
Heinze to give him the money raised for our brother.

 By this all of the events and actions that has been done the Royal Council and
Alumni agreed that the MGB will take the responsibility of the said incident.

 Issue between the appointment of Bro. Francisco Hutalla as Account Scaler of the
Royal Coucnil

 The appointment of our brother was solely decided by the Most Grand Betan.

 This appointment was well informed by the MGB to our brother that made
our brother agreed between the terms and job description of the said position.

 But by the few days after the Acceptance, our MGB said that the appointment
was then unconstitutional but then it has been attested and well agreed by
your Escritoire that according to the Constitution and By-Laws of the
fraternity, Article V, Section 3.
 Due to the duties and responsibility of our brother as the account scaler he
asked the trustee the Financial Statements and Disbursements of the
Anniversary, but he was then pointed to the MGB and vice versa.
 Due to the incident he also doubted the transparency of the inputs and outputs
of the money or fund of the fraternity.
 It was then our brother shared some of the other issues that he had been
experienced. First is of the unpaid payables of the Royal Council to him then
the continuous and requesting for the use of his personal belongings for
solicitations and other events.
 He then said that he was very disappointed of the recent incidents that
happened after the Anniversary.
 The alumni and active members discussed the Duties and Responsibilities of
the current Royal Council.
 We cleared all of the things of the Royal Council should or should not do,
due to the recent incidents that are said and mentioned above.
 By this the money and fund of the Fraternity that has been solicited should be
and must be given and kept by the Trustee.
 To prevent all of the other incidents that may come in the future all money
should be kept safe.
 By this Agenda is more focused in the proper duties and responsibility of
both Trustee and Most Grand Betan.
 It has been all agreed ans also the Most Grand Betan will accept all the blame
of the recent incidents that happened.
 It has all been said that the current Royal Council should again win the trust
of the Alumni.
 It has been mentioned that there was an abuse of the power by the MGB.
 The royal council should be and ever be humble all the time, due to the issue
that the MGB has so much pride on himself.
 The relationship between the Council and Alumni was bad.
 Due to the incidents the JOT has been moved to May 10, 2018 due to lack
financial support.
 The actives should do so win the trust of the alumni again to solicit and help
end the financial problem.
 It has also been mentioned the reasons why the JOT has to be implemented
not just to award the o0utstanding Graduating students.

 It also has been mention that our Counselor Betan Dario Opistan is the one
who founded and thought about the said event.
 We agreed to cost cut the cost of the Budget Proposal of the said event to
futher lessen the expenses.\
 We also agreed to return to the original venue which is the Ysmael V. Baysa
Office Simulation Room.
 The judges are also mentioned that who will judge the prestigious event.
 It has been asked to reduce the overflowing Php 15k budget of the event.
 All materials to be used should be canvassed to fine the lowest but has a good
quality price.
 It has been said the Indoor was held illegally without the blessing of the
advisers.
 The Indoor was held at Bro. Teddy’s home not knowing that the advisers did
not agreed to conduct the process.
 It has also been mentioned that some of the active members did not agree to
conduct the process but the MGB still pushed to conduct the process which
made the process both unethical and unconstitutional.
 After the said event the advisers immediately called a meeting with the
actives but it has been agreed to tell them the event but still the MGB did not
said the truth about the process.
 It has been said that all activities that the active should do must be said to the
adviser and has been consulted well with the alumni concerned.
 By this we all agreed not to do this incident again.
 There was an open forum initiated to help address all of the issues between
both internal and external of the fraternity.
 It has been mention that all of the Royal Council has issues and attitudes to
be changes and resolved both between the Active and the Alumni.
 All activities to be done should be consulted to the alumni especially to Betan
Eufemio De Silva.
