APPLICATION FOR A SCHOLARSHIP

I am a motivated graduate with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, 2nd Upper, from University Putra
Malaysia. I have a strong desire to pursue MSc by Research in Engineering Science at the institutions
well as studying and staying in United Kingdom. With my educational background and working
experience as Assistant Engineer at Azman Air, I strongly believe that I am a suitable candidate for the
scholarship program.

Working experience received has provided me with a deeper realization of the importance of being
competent in the engineering field. The understanding of this fact and my strong aspiration to become
highly qualified professional inspired me to apply for the position at your institution, as the organization
has a strong reputation in that field. As you may note in the enclosed CV, I have excellent results in my
undergraduate study. In addition, I have demonstrated capability to understand technological and
business initiatives, and I am experienced in the managing of teams to ensure punctual completion of
work, preserving expected workload of each team member. Furthermore, I would like to point out that I
am well acquainted with Business Objects, MS Office and other software skills related to my field such
as Catia V5 and MATLAB.

The description of this program and the course requirements, I believe, perfectly matches my research
interests and profile. I believe that I will be a positive addition to your team, fit well in your organization
and be a useful member of the community, as I love to volunteer and be active in the field of social
causes and campaigns. Thank you in advance for your consideration. Should you have any further
questions regarding my candidateship, please contact me via telephone or e-mail.
