1) Find a printed advertisement of your choice – it can come from any forms of printed
advertisements that are available in daily newspapers, or magazines

2) Analyse the printed advertisement based on the criteria of

i) Promotion Strategy – Examine the 1) Advertisement Design (Refer to


Chapter 17), 2) Appeals (Refer to Chapter 6), 3) Message (Refer to
Chapter 16), 4) Creative Brief (Refer to Assignment 2 guideline’s copy
platform).

ii) Supporting Theory – Select a (one) suitable theory to support your


choice of design. Elaborate your design within the context of the
theory.
