Exceptional in Mathematics: Completed Math I Honors, Math II Honors, and Math III Honors with a

99% average (highest in the class for Math III); completed Pre-Calculus Honors with a 98% average,
completed AP Calculus AB with a 96% average; learned the Unit Circle faster than anybody else in
Math III

Engineering Experience: Completed an Electrical Engineering Camp at NC State during the summer
of 2017; will complete job shadowing with Holly Miller, the Assistant Town Engineer for Wake Forest,
and with an IT Engineer at Cisco

Notable Networker: Independently partnered with Ed Austin, the Athletics and Aquatics
Superintendent of Wake Forest, to become the first high schooler to be a softball coach for Wake
Forest Parks and Recreation; independently partnered with Holly Miller, the Assistant Town
Engineer for Wake Forest, to obtain a job shadowing experience during the summer of 2018

Proficient with computers: Certified in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access 2013, will
complete Computer Engineering at the end of the 2017-2018 school year

Great leader: Former Volunteer and Camper in Leadership training at the YMCA and was requested
to help with the Kindergarteners because of the patience and management required to lead the
group; Assistant Coach for the Wake Forest Outlaws, a travel softball team, leading pitchers in
separate practices and planning lessons for all aspects of softball; President of Husky Ambassadors,
responsible for leading meetings, keeping track of every member's hours, and organizing school
events; Vice President of Girls Who Code, responsible for creating ideas for an app to help the
community and the school; Starting shortstop for Team TFS, a travel softball team, as the leader of
the infield; Graduate of the Wake Forest Youth Leadership Program, learned and practiced the
qualities of a great leader at monthly meetings with respected authorities in the community
