Week 1 a) Activity: Button Moon Craft template

 HIYC RAMADAN 2018- week 1

INSTRUCTIONS:

WHAT YOU NEED:

 Cardboard
 Scissors
 PVA glue
 A paintbrush
 The template
 Buttons/ Bits and pieces

STEPS:

1. Cut out template of moon on

page one
2. Use it to trace the shape of
the moon onto a thick piece
of paper/ cardboard (you can
use anything you can find like
an old cereal box).
3. Cut out the moon shape with
scissors.
4. Now that you have a moon,
paint card black or silver and
leave to dry.
5. Stick buttons with pva glue to
decorate ( if you don’t have
any buttons use coloured
beads, foil, little pom poms
or anything shiny) and leave
to dry.
6. Write your name and age at
the back of your work.
