This document discusses a study of delays in the EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning) project for the 150kV transmission network of the Karaha-GI Geothermal Power Plant in Garut, Indonesia. The study aimed to identify the types of work that most influenced project completion and determine which transmission towers were most responsible for delays. By analyzing problems in the field and using S-curves, the study identified which types of work were delayed each week and their relationship to delayed transmission towers, in order to understand the causes of specific delays.

Setiap pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi umumnya mempunyai
sistem manajemen pelaksanaan, rencana dan jadwal pelaksanaan yang harus diselesaikan, namun tidak jarang rencana dan jadwal pelaksanaan yang telah dibuat tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan dilapangan, sehingga mengakibatkan keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian proyek. Dalam kajian pada Proyek Pembangunan EPCC Jaringan Transmisi 150kV PLTP Karaha–GI Garut dimulai dari PLTP (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Panas bumi) Karaha sampai berujung di GI (Gardu Induk) Garut, dengan tujuan kajian mengetahui jenis pekerjaan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penyelesaian pekerjaan proyek dan mengetahui titik tower mana saja yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penyelesaian pekerjaan proyek. Dari berbagai permasalahan yang ditemui di lapangan, dan dilanjutkan penelitian dengan kurva S, mencari jenis pekerjaan yang terlambat setiap minggunya dan hubungannya dengan titik tower yang mengalami keterlambatan beserta data pendukung lainnya. Sehingga diketahui jenis pekerjaan apa dan titik tower mana saja yang mengalami keterlambatan dan penyebab keterlambatannya.
