Subject: Training - Convert from TXT to EXE file & Input Member Data

Ban Làm Thẻ Căn Cước - Chuyển Đổi Từ TXT sang EXE và Dữ Liệu Thành Viên Đầu

1. Download the attached TCDY.txt file

​* V. Tải tập tin TCDY.txt

2. Go to “Download” folder, Copy and Paste the File to the Document folder, create “TCDY” folder.
​* V. Đi đến “Download” thư mục, sao chép và dán tập tin vào “Document” thư mục.

RENAME FILE EXTENSION PROCEDURE

1. Click the Start menu...

 ​2. Type "folder options" (without the quotes)

2. A dialog box with the title "Folder Options" will appear. ..

3. Click to uncheck the box for "Hide extensions for known file types".
4. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the dialog box.

 5. Now go back to the folder that you keep the TCDY file and it should appear like this TCDY.txt.
Rename the txt to exe. After rename it should look like this TCDY.exe

4. Right click the file to rename with the TCDY.EXE extension, click YES to the question “If you change
the file name extension, the file might become unusable. Are you sure you want to change it?”
​* V. Bấm bên tay phải file TCDY.txt và đổi TXT qua EXE Trả lời “Đồng ý” cho câu hỏi.

5. Click “More info” on screen “Windows protected your PC. Windows Defender Smartscreen prevented
and unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk”.
* V. Bấm vào “thêm thông tin” trên màng ảnh “Windows protected your PC...”

6. Click “Run anyway”, click “Yes”

* V. Bấm “tiếp tục chạy”, và bấm “Đồng ý”

ENTER MEMBER DATA INTO SYSTEM

1. Go to the Input screen, click the “connect” box, the “connection picture” will change to GREEN.

* V. Trước khi bắt đầu, bấm “Kết nối”, hình “Kết nôí’ sẻ trở thành màu xanh.

2. Enter the member information.

* V. Nhập thông tin của thành viên vào hệ thống, trung tâm CPQGVNLT toàn thế giới.

3. Click “Add New Record” after you finish enter.

* V. Bấm “Thêm bản ghi mới” sau khi nhập thông tin hồ sơ”

4. Enter name of the person refer this new person at field “Người Phỏng Vấn” , in order the system keep
tract the # of people you refer.

* V. Để tên người giới thiệu vào chổ “Người Phỏng Vấn”

*** It is suggested that user should create a Word file then copy/paste all the pictures to
that file.

* V. Người dùng nên tạo một tệp WORD rồi sao chép và dán tất cả các hình ảnh.
