ii. Production
- Under the supervision of the Gano Excel
Napoh plant.
- First factory in Mergong
- Steps in the Production process
- In the production plant, the mushrooms
are grown and harvested inside 100
huge, climate-controlled so every
variable can be carefully controlled and
purity guaranteed.
- Each greenhouse will produce about
thirty thousand Ganoderma Lucidum.
- After being harvested, the raw materials
are brought to the production plant
where all the incoming raw materials are
quarantined.
- Then, the materials have to undergo
series of microbiology test before being
capsulized and bottled.
- Next, sample product are sent to the
quality laboratory to be tested before the
products are released to the market.
- For Ganocafe products, 120 machine
are used for manufacturing.

school success. Teachers also should
play their part in making it a success.

Leadership, applied to SMK - Gano Excel has set its goal to expand its
Darulaman business operations to 100 countries.
SMK Darulaman goal setting
- to achieve its CGPA to 5.6 in 2018. In
achieving this goal setting ,
Administration should actively construct
goals and then effectively communicate
them to appropriate individuals (i.e.,
students, teachers, community-at-
large). School principals must also be
open and willing to incorporate
innovation into goals for school
processes and practices. It is important
to invite input from all stakeholders in the
process of developing school goals.
Student performance has been shown to
improve in schools where all in the
school community work toward goals
that are communicated and shared
among all in the learning environment.

3. Gano Excel reward scheme

- For every distributor who achieve their


target sales , they will be rewarded with lots
of benefits such as higher commission , free
trip and free product. For loyal staffs, they
are awarded with loyalty certificates and
cash

-. For every student who achieves good


result , parents and their children should also
be awarded in a special ceremony. For
example they are brought for a special
dinner with the principal and school
administration team.

- Teachers also should be given special


incentives if they manage to bring any
success to the school whether it is in
academic or in co curricular activities

4. Gano Excel’s Supervision

One of the best practice that can be applied


to my school is how they supervise their
production and marketing. Every unit of the
company has its own supervisor. Seven
coordinators are responsible to supervise the
international marketing section.
Likewise in school, stricter supervision is a
must. Every senior assistant and senior
teacher must be on alert with any changes
under their department.

5. Ongoing screening of business


performance and development.

Schools should use assessment data to


compare their students with others
school. . Effective use of headcount data
allows schools to identify problematic
areas of learning at the classroom and
school levels, so that solutions can be
generated as to how to best address the
problems.
