INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses ARMANDO RUGAS Y UMIT, BOY KALIKOT Y SALISI


and COCO RAKUTIN Y LIMAS of the crime of ROBBERY in an inhabited place,
committed as follows:

That on or about the 15th day of November, 2015, in Quezon City,


Philippines, the above-named accused, conspiring together, confederating with
and mutually helping one another, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously with intent to gain, by means of force upon things, forcibly enter the
residence of one MAY AMAN Y AYALA located along No. 5 Nueva Viscaya St., Brgy.
Sto. Cristo, Bago Bantay, this City, by destroying the window lock of the said
house, where accused got entry and once inside, the said accused, took, robbed
and carried away, One (1) Compaque Presrio laptop computer worth
Php80,000.00 Philippine Currency, belonging to MAY AYAM Y AYALA, to the

damage and prejudice of the said offended party in the amount of Php80,000.00
Philippine Currency.
