INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses WINDELYN ALBA y GACOMA and

RONNIE POBLETE y ORFILLA of the crime of VAGRANCY (Violation
of Art. 202 of the Revised Penal Code), committed as follows:

That on or about the 27th day of January 2012, in Quezon City,

Philippines, the above-named accused, conspiring, confederating with and
mutually helping each other, being then able bodied and without any visible
means of livelihood and support, did then and there willfully and unlawfully
loiter and wander along Austria Street, Brgy. Novaliches Proper,
Novaliches, this City, a public place, without any lawful purpose, in
violation of said law.
