The undersigned hereby accuses JOCEL C. MANGUERA of Gabon, Polangui, Albay

of Violence against Women and Children through Economic Abuse defined and penalized
under R.A. 9268 of the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their , committed as follows:

“That on February,2010, at Magurang, Polangui, Albay, Philippines, and

within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Office, the above-named accused, cut
off all financial allowances to his wife YOLANDA N. SANTOR and his two
children namely AL JOSHUA SANTOR and KENJIE SANTOR thereby making
them financially dependent to the accused.

To the damage and prejudiced of the offended party.

CONTRARY TO LAW.”
