I am tendering herewith my consignation of rental, in the amount of Php5,000.00

for the month of March 2012, for the premises I am renting which is the subject
matter of the above-entitled case, in accordance with Article 1256(4) of the Civil
Code of the Philippines.

Attached herewith is a copy of my letter to Michael Riosa giving him notice about
this consignation.
