INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint originally filed by the
offended part, accuses NOEL G. MAGTANGGOL of the crime of ROBBERY, committed as
follows:

That on or about January 2016, in the City of Manila, National Capital Region,
Philippines, within the jurisdiction of this court, the said accused, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully, and feloniously, with intent to gain and by the use of foce upon things, to wit: by
forcibly breaking open with a blunt instrument a wardrobe belonging to PEDRO GWAPO, took
and carried away therefrom a gold neck chain set with three bit diamonds and four rubies,
valued at P300,000.00, to the damage and prejudice of the said owner in the said sum.
