BFWI EMERGENCY (RESILIENCE) PLANNING SCHEME
WITH BUCKS COUNTY COUNCIL AND MILTON KEYNES COUNCIL
Major Incident Response Training:
Raising awareness of the WI’s role in the event of a major incident
Has your WI signed up to take part in a major incident or are you interested? Then come along and
find out more from the experts at MKC and BCC. It is better to be prepared!
Objectives:
Understand the roles and responsibilities of the emergency services and other organisations;
Understand where the WI fits in;
Understand how reception centres function;
See if the WI plan can be put in place
Pick a date and venue to suit you from the list below and note the allocation dates vary as some sessions are later in the

painting landscapes from around your villages and local areas for our Buckinghamshire Village Book

The Centenary tablecloth is well underway with our team of very talented needle/craftswomen.
So why not give some thought as to how you are going to dress your Scarecrow for the Village
Scarecrow trail culminating at the Waddesdon Centenary Party on the Green with them all
on display.
2020, you may think it is a while off yet but, with so much for you to take part in,
we want to have plenty of time to plan….
