Assessment Specialist: Dr. White is the Assessment Coordinator at the University


of Arizona's Center for English as a Second Language (CESL), and also Associate
Professor in the College of Humanities. He specializes in classroom-based
assessment, English proficiency testing, and the promotion of assessment literacy
development in the English language teaching profession.
