AFFIDAVIT

I, RENEE THERESA FRIGILLAMA, Filipino citizen, of legal age,

married, and a resident of ___________________________________, after having
been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I was the previous Sales Support Executive of Coca-Cola FEMSA;

2. That on the last week of December 2014, the Coca-Cola Company availed the
services of Edelito P. Sabanal, owner of Lito & Sign and one of the contractors
of the above-mentioned company for___________;

3. That sometime on January 2015, Sabanal received products as payment

equivalent to 1,666 cases of Coke Mismo amounting to TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (200,000.00) for the services he rendered;

4. That I was the one who instructed Rosalino J. Dalagan and Michael M.
Jagonos to make and book the aforesaid payment;

5. That they did not act and decide on their own volition in giving the aforesaid
products to Sabanal, but it was due to my instruction;

6. That I herein attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts.
