    Greetings in the name of St. Thomas Aquinas! We are third year Nutrition and Dietetics
    students from the University of Santo Tomas-College of Education and our Final Examination
    under the course Food Service Systems I, is to conduct a catering event. We were assigned
    to serve a total of 50 Thomasian seminarians. In line with this, may we kindly ask your good
    office to allow us to make use of the CTHM Function Room on May 5, 2018 from 6:00am-
    2:00pm? In addition to the aforementioned, would it be possible if you’d allow us to borrow the
    following as well:

    Item Quantity
    Monoblock Chairs 50
    Round Tables 10
    Rectangular Tables 2
