    Dear parent,

    A few days ago, it has been announced to us our fourth (4th) quarter performance
    task on our MAPEH subject which is cheerleading. Given that, we have arranged the
    preparations which will be needed for the said PT. One of those is the schedules of our
    practices which we have set to be tomorrow. Our practice tomorrow will be on the temporary
    baranggay, near the RHU, starting at 8-9am until 4-5pm. Furthermore, the goal of this is for
    us to achieve high scores from our PT so that we could also gain satisfactory grades.
    We humbly ask you to allow your child, our classmate, to participate in our
    practice tomorrow. It would be of great help if you do consider, as it would give significant
    impact to our PT, as well as to our grades itself. However, if there are any emergencies or
    anything important that he/she must attend, we humbly request for you to help your child in
    making a letter and to affix your signature on it. This is for the justice for each of our
    classmates who have given their effort to participate.
    We hope for your kind consideration, and if you have any queries, please do
    not hesitate to ask us.
