Request to permit use of necessary event

place and equipment

Good day!
It is the duty of all student leaders to lead their colleagues to the
dreamt unity. We, the Tytana Student Council, will hold a
whole-day program which will include team building activities,
amazing race and sessions with Mr. Roberto Mendoza about
leadership. Through this, unity will be achieved and this will
help The Centerpost, the Tytana Student Council and different
academic and non-academic recognized student organization to
function well at their respective fields of advisee, build stronger
collaborations, and improve and protect the overall functioning
of the Student Leaders Assembly.
In line with this, may we ask for your permission to allow us to
use the MTC Atrium, MTC Front Parking, MTC Atrium, MTC
Multi-Purpose Hall B, MTC RSO Office, MTC Multi-Purpose
Hall A, MTC Lobby and MTC Gymnasium from 7:00 AM to
12:00 NN of July 27, 2016. This is for the preparation and
execution of the said activity. Alongisde, may we also request to

your office to provide us a stage set-up at the Tytana Atrium, to

be used in the activity. The floor plan was attached with this
letter.
In addition, may we request to your office to provide us the
necessary equipment to be set-up in the atrium in the activity,
which includes:
1) two (2) speakers with stand (including the sound
system);
2) three (3) microphones (with stand);
3) three (3) short rectangular table, together with; and
4) three (3) monoblock chairs for each table or a total of
thirty (9) monoblock chairs;
Rest assured that we will observe continuing obligation to
protecting the borrowed equipment.
We are going to follow-up this request from your office
regularly. We are hoping that this merits a favourable response
from you.
