Mr. Duval and Mr. Smith liaised in 2007 to create a clothing and cosmetics
company. They had gained a lot of experience in the field of women clothing
and cosmetics production. They also wanted to be the major competitors in
the market to promote their products internationally and be the rivals of big
clothing and cosmetics brands such as Yves Rocher, Mary Kay, Zara and
Victoria Secrets respectively. They were planning to hire talented and
