ABSTRACT

The influence of public service in the field of the administration of the Settlement
Our satisfaction Level towards Society city of Jayapura

This study aims to determine the effect of public service in the field of population
administration on the level of satisfaction of the City of Jayapura. This research is quantitative
research using quantitative approach. Technique of collecting data is done by technique of
koesioner, observation, and documentation. The research informants in this research are 64
people of jayapura city. Data analysis techniques used are Average Descriptiv and spss. Data
validity checks are performed with spss and method apps. And the hypothesis testing is done
by using t test formula and F test. From the research result shows that the implementation of
the quality of population administration service in jayapura city is seen from the aspect of
service standard (Quick, Precise, Accurate, Cheap, and Friendly), excellent service
(Hospitality, Kreadibility , Access, Appearance, Facility, and Ability), and service quality
(Motivation, Work System, Working Atmosphere, Working Capability, Organizational Culture,
Equipment, and Facilities). While the measurement of the level of user satisfaction of the
administrative service of residence can use the intrinssthetic factor of satisfaction
(Responsibility, Progress, Achievement, Recognition, and Work). And extrinsic factors of
satisfaction (Working conditions, Personal relationships, Wisdom, Implementation, Control
techniques, and safety)
