ABSTRACT

The influence of Kepemiminan on performance Style Employee Staffing


Agency Office in the area of Papua Province

This research was conducted at the Regional Personnel Service Office of


Papua Province. In doing this research is used quantitative method, while the
data collection is done by observation and filed kuisoner to the Employee. The
scale used to analyze the questionnaire results is the Likert Scale. The population
in this study is 120 employees. While the sample 48 employees. From the result
of validity and reliability test, it is known that the result obtained is bigger than
the specified value (validity (0,2) and reliability (0,6) so it can be said the data is
valid and the instrument is reliabel From simple regression analysis is known
R.Square value Of 103.8% influence of Leadership Style on Employee
Performance, while the rest influenced by other factors outside the independent
factor studied.From the partial test results it can be concluded that the factor of
Leadership Style has an influence on Employee Performance at the Office of the
Regional Personnel Agency of Papua Province, proved true Because Leadership
Style variable has t count equal to 33,678. After doing research hence can be
drawn conclusion that Leadership style influence significantly to Performance of
Employee at Office of Personnel Agency of Provinsi Provinsi Papua.
