JOB DESCRIPTION:
In-charge on the overall operation of the store as well as the staff/employee in the absence of the Store
Manager
Ensure guests are always welcomed in a warm and friendly manner to establish and maintain good
customer relations.
Assist in managing appropriate inventory and control cost of goods.
Jointly complete daily/ weekly/ monthly sales report.
Ensure cash handling and till point procedure is handled with accuracy and as per company policy.
Determine/ recommend the types of food and beverage quantity o be ordered.
Monitor and appraise the quality of food produce and resolve problem areas.
Maintain high standards quality, presentation and cleanliness through the restaurant.
Facilitate and monitor the correct quality of food and service to customers at all times.
Ensure implementation of health and safety, food hygiene and local legislation at all times of operation.
Continuously assist the operation at all times.
Ensure restaurant is properly set up and ready prior to the opening.
Confident enough to face and handle customer complaint.
Assist in training, developing and monitoring all staff to ensure consistent demonstration of required
customer service standards.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in implementing special promotions and events.
