CT STUDY OF HEAD

Infratentorial

 Fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline in location.

 Cerebellar parenchyma and brain stem appears to be normal.

Supratentorial

 Hyperdensity of blood is seen along inner table of skull in left temporal and posterior
frontal region . Maximum thickness measures 6mm. Adjacent tiny parenchymal
hyperdense areas are seen.

 Basal cisterns are clear..

 Third and both lateral ventricles are normal in size.

 No midline shift is seen.

 No fracture is seen.Scalp swelling is seen in right posterior parietl region.

OPINION:

SMALL HAEMORRHAGIC CONTUSIONS WITH THIN SUBDURAL BLEED


IN LEFT FRONTO-TEMPORAL REGION.

Clinical correlation is necessary
