We hereby request you to go through the following terms & Conditions and agree &
abide by them:

 Service: The High Pressure Washer, the vacuum cleaner & the submersible
pump are serviced at Belagavi. So the franchisees located in different parts of
Karnataka are supposed to send them to Dharwad, for any kind of servicing with
the prior appointment of the franchisor at their cost. The equipment after the
service will be sent back to the franchisee by the franchisor at franchisee’s cost.
The first 150 days of the franchise period will have free technical support, and
after that the franchisee has to bear the cost of servicing the equipment. The
equipments used for cleaning must be used with utmost caution and discipline.
They need to be washed cleanly after every cleaning activity. The franchisor
can’t be held responsible for the misuse of all cleaning equipments by
the franchisee.

 Data: Every Saturday, the franchisee has to send the weekly service reports
containing the following details: 1. No. of Sumps cleaned along with their
capacity 2. No. of Overhead Tanks cleaned along with their capacity and
sending of the data to the franchisor’s email ID help@justcleen.com is
mandatory, failing which the franchisee will have to pay a penalty of Rs. 250
per week.

 Location: You are supposed to operate your business activities in the

specified territory in your franchisee agreement. If you do not abide by
this condition, you are penalized at the rate of Rs. 2500 per tress pass.
  Employee & Vehicle Details: Please provide the details of the employees of
your firm like : Full name, Aadhaar number & Driving license along with the
details of the vehicle used for carrying the equipments

 Training: The franchisee staff shall be trained by the master trainers only for
once free of cost. The franchisee needs to send their staff to Dharwad for
training at their cost.

 Communication: Only one spokesperson from the Franchisee staff can

communicate with the Franchise manager of JustCleen
