Boiled potatoes topped, with yellow peruvian chili and creamy cheese sauce, served with olives
and hard boiled egg.

Boiled potatoes, onions, fava beans, olives, cheese in house dressing.

INGREDIENTS:
 Shambar wheat.
 Beans.
 Dry Peas.
 Ckickpeas.
 Small pieces of pork skin.
 Small pieces of samoked pork.
 Onions.
 Garlic.
 Dry yellow aji paste.
 Oil
 Salt
 Pepper
 Hierbabuena.
 Oregano
 Cilantro.
 Maize.
PREPARATION:
1) First soak grains in water.
2) Second cook chickpeas and beans.
3) Then add wheat and peeled beans.
4) Next add pork sin and smoked pork.
5) Then heat oil, chopped onions, dry yellow aji paste, garlic and oregano.
6) Finally add hierbabuena, cilantro and serve with maize.
DESSERT
CAKE SIPAN
Homemade vanilla cookies cake infused, with peruvian pisco and coffee buttercream.
