axis too in Ogun State, and still counting); and other locations outside Lagos still in view, with

2. 5% from all sales made by your direct recruits into the platform as well
3. A free Android Phone/Award for recruiting up to 100 Agents (80% of whom must be within
Category 1-3 Agents); or monetary equivalent of up to N50,000
4. Free Laptop (plus all the commissions) for selling up to 5 Plots from any of our Estate
Portfolios AT ONCE (not cumulatively), or the monetary equivalent of N150,000
5. One free plot of land for selling up to 10 Plots within a month
6. One free plot of land for motivating your team (downlines) to sell up to 50 Plots within a
Month
7. Between 10-50% Commission share from alternative sales facilitated (for example:
facilitating a Filling Station under the Mandate of OPAL Gardens Estates Ltd, etc)
8. Other mouth-watering incentives and bonuses like Cars, sponsored trips abroad, etc, for high
sales volume, and highest downline recruitment.
All these you can earn without having to work full-time, or quitting your paid job. Just sign up
