My personal teaching philosophy in terms of:

1. Subject Matter
As a future teacher, my role is to provide opportunities for
students to develop a conceptual understanding of the subject
matter, learn and acquire skills related to this area, let the students
be engaged in different activities to unlock and develop their fullest
potential and then apply these skills and knowledge to meaningful
realistic problems.

2. Students
I feel that it is the teacher’s responsibility to get to know
everyone of her/his students, their weaknesses and their strengths. To
build a personal trust and mentorship with the learner. Create a
sense of belongingness. It isn’t only that you deliver the content of
your subject but also to guide our students to the right path towards
success.

3. Teaching-Learning Process
I believe that all children are unique and have something
special that they can bring to their own education. I will assist my
students to express themselves and accept themselves for who they
are, as well embrace the differences of others.
Every classroom has their own unique community, my role as
the teacher will be to assist each child in developing their own
potential and learning styles. I will present a curriculum that will
incorporate each different learning style, as well as make the
content relevant to the students' lives. I will incorporate hands-on
learning, cooperative learning, projects, themes, and individual work
that engage and activate students learning.
