I am writing this letter in support of (name), who was a student of Civil Engineering
Department at University of Brawijaya. In my capacity as a Lecturer and Dean of Faculty of
Engineering, I have known him for among 3.5 years of his study and have found him to be an
aspiring and sincere student.

(Name) was a student who was good at the class. He has good academic report (GPA 3.59 of
4). He has been active and showing his seriousness and commitment during his studies. He also
has many experiences in leadership and organization that make him work well in a teamwork.

In terms of his English proficiency, I feel certain that he can cope with the English atmosphere
which he will get from lecturers, as well as his written works and oral discussions in the class
