dramatically changed the way people goes their daily activities.
Information System , manipulates and disseminates data and information
and provides and interactive tools to meet an objective. For better
communication, information system enables the user to understand and
respond efficiently and effectively.

In this time, automated systems and computer programs have replaced

manual processes. This is why the researcher focuses on bringing
technology close to our main target – which is the 3k Mobile Fudz Events
and Catering Services. With all the advancement the technology could
bring, the researcher has come up to the idea of making the Reservation
system for this business.

Purpose

To create a website that provides information of 3k Mobile Fudz Events

and Catering Reservation System accessible online. The system will help
the business to provide info. In a timely manner, the system is an online
web-based system where the business administration will update about the
business information through the web and helping them to maximize and
facilitate convenient way of information dissemination.

Beneficiaries

The proposed system greatly offers many advantages as it will benefit the
owner, customers and the business. This study would benefit the owner of
the business to help them provide more detailed information to their
clients. Business Administrator, this study will help them to disseminate
 information faster by using internet. Clients, through this system the
clients would be able to know the customer’s needs in terms of quality of
food and excellence of service in an easier way.

Approach

The proposed system is all about the information of the ​3k Mobile ​Fudz.
It will provide a login for the administrator. The admin has the control
and access to add or erase information as new functionality and
information about the business is discovered. It will also provide updates
about the reservation of the clients.

On the costumer’s point of view, they have the access to use the
system; they can view the whole features of the system, such as the
information about the business and the upcoming events, the quality of
foods and about the service.

Results

This study aimed to develop a system for faster and easier way of
reservation and the information about the business. The system will help
the business to provide information in a timely manner, the system is an
online web-based system where the business administration will update
about the business information through the web and helping them to
maximize and facilitate convenient way of information dissemination.
The researchers are expecting to achieve the main goal of the project
which is to help and improve the needs of the costumers in terms of its
quality in service.

Legacy

Using the use of the system the changes can view the information via
internet and to make faster and easier way of having information needed
by the clients about the said business. And the clients can know about the
happenings, events and activities of the Business. Program errors and
omissions might be possibly occur and discovered in the long run of the
system. Therefore, the system must evolve to remain useful by
maintaining, improving and enhancing the system’s services as new
requirements and functionality is identified and discovered.
Capacity

The researchers have enough skills, practice and knowledge to achieve

the goals and objectives of the proposed system. The researchers have
plans and advance methods to be able to attain the desired aim and to
successfully execute the proposed system very efficiently and effectively.

Budget

The researchers have specified the budget for the internet expenses. The
study utilizes an interview questionnaires and surveys as a tool in data
gathering. Also the travel type charges are added for the project cost and
budget.
