II. BACK GROUND OR RELATED WORK

As we know that bad land topography is challenging for

the countries like U.S.A ,China , India and other countries.
U.S.A have more bad land topography than China, China has
too much more bad land topography than India. In comparison
of bad land topography from U.S.A and China, India has very
less bad land topography. Mostly the government of the
countries are constructing the roads and tunnels in hilly areas
and they consider that it is a bad land topography and they are
not considering the geographical condition and geological
condition. They were not interested to research or studies in
hilly areas or mountainous areas. This research paper help us
to understand / find / search the approximately all the
condition in deeply and also helpful for developing hilly areas.

As we know that most of the land / places of Rajasthan is
bad land topography . so these area under the control of the
state government. If state government wants to increase the
economic and financial condition of the government and
people, then, they can increase the income or money of the
government and people. They should select to that sites or
hilly area where less vegetation are presents. They should
start the excavation of granite / marbles / stones with the help
of settlement of the company.

If government of Rajasthan starts to selling the stone or

hilly areas on the basis of types color quality or quantity of
stone / rocks / marbles. If mostly most of the rocks are sells
then government of Rajasthan and his people earn more and
more money, But some of the restricted condition should be
put for the construction company or those which break /
excavate to the hills i.e., digging only up to ground level not
below the ground level because our ultimate aim is to utilize
the hilly area for the housing, industries and also for the
farming purpose. Now after formation of plain surface,
initially some of the selected plantation / agriculture can be
possible after a long duration whenever soil become mature /
fertile then the farming / agriculture can be easily happened .

IV. METHODOLOGY & DISCUSSION

Ques:-How to utilize the hill area ? And change / turn the
monsoon as per requirements.

Now, we will discussed about these things and we will

discussing its solution and many more things.

Firstly we will talking about the hilly area of Rajasthan,

hilly area of Rajasthan have so many small hilly areas are
present and these hilly areas have many different types of
granites / marbles are present. The region of Udaipur (
Rajasthan ) and its surrounding area of approximately upto
100 km. these areas have large number of hills and bad land
topography is present approximately 80 – 90% areas are rocks
and remaining are of human habitats. These rocks can be
economically used in future. Here, we can set up industries –
mainly construction industries of marble / granite. If we
excavate the marbles from rocks of hilly areas like Udaipur
and its surrounding areas of Rajasthan, then many plain
surfaces will be created which can be use for several different
purposes like house, industries, service sector work and other
business activities. Though the hilly area of Rajasthan is not
beneficial for tourism except than some historical places. Most
of the land are bad land topography. There are no economical
beneficial trees grown in hilly areas of Rajasthan. These hilly
areas provides the wood for native people of that area in a
very limited way or in negligible form.

Now due to selling of hilly areas / rocks / marbles

government of Rajasthan become more rich day by day, then
government of Rajasthan can be developed to the Rajasthan
state with this money and Rajasthan places / region are
converting into plain areas. So for it Rajasthan vortex become
more and more stronger then monsoon from Arabian sea move
towards the Rajasthan vortex which is economically and
environmentally good for India i.e., Arabian sea monsoon will
come in India on time and in large amount which is beneficial
for agriculture of India. Indian government should be located
our service sector, defense sector and other industrial work or
activities which require less amount of water, then in this way
we can use this land.

After considering positive points as above , now we will

be considering to the negative points for this changes. The
vegetation of hill areas will be loss but if the tree plantation or
grass plantation will be increases more than the ratio of
vegetation loss then the loss of vegetation can be covered. As
we know that from mid august to mid October sufficient rain
fall takes place in most of the parts of the Rajasthan. So, trees
plantation and grass plantation can be possible. As we know

VI. PRECAUTION

 Firstly, we should prepare a proper and suitable plan i.e.,

which land should be used for which purpose after plain
formation i.e., for park, village, town, city, industries, lakes,
forest, airport, roads, etc.
 Select those sites or hilly areas which has less vegetation
density and minimum environmental loss.
 This research paper is mostly suitable / good for those
places vortex formation takes place and have hilly areas of
different types of rocks.
 This type of rock can be done or can be beneficial for those
areas where more number of small hills are presents like
around Udaipur region (Rajasthan) and its surrounding area
of approximately 100 km or till where hill structures are
presents.
