Motion to Withdraw as Counsel

Accused, thru undersigned counsel, and unto this Honorable Court,

respectfully states that:

1. The accused thru her mother manifested to the undersigned that she
will be availing the services of the Public Attorney’s Office due to
financial constraint;

2. For such reason the undersigned would like to withdraw this

representation for the accused and prays that he be relieved of his
duties as a counsel for the accused;
3. Said withdrawal is with the conformity of the accused; and
4. This motion is not intended to delay the proceedings but solely for
the above-mentioned purposes.
