Common Failures
Below is a list of common failure types and how to address them:
Reason
Box item girth must be less than or equal to
the prescribed girth for the ship mode.
Box item ship mode may not be null.
Product variation condition may not be null.
Short name size must be between 1 and 50
characters.
Attribute does not exist.
Unsupported protocol or bad URL for Image
URL.
Invalid URL for Image URL.
Product variation model number size cannot
be greater than 30 characters.
Box item shipping width may not be null.
Box item shipping height may not be null.
Box item shipping length may not be null.
Box item shipping weight may not be null.
Supplier SKU size must be between 1 and 20
characters.
Taxonomy name must be provided for every
taxonomy level.
Product variation UPC size must be between
12 and 14 characters.

Troubleshooting Solution
Check the girth compatibility with the selected
ship mode. For example, do not have LTL
girth dimensions listed for small parcel.
Select a ship mode from the drop down.
Enter a condition (new, used, etc.) for all
products and their variations.
This is for the product title on mobile. Keep it
under 50 characters.
Select/add an attribute from the dropdown.
Work with your Buyer to get the attribute
added if needed.
Image URL must end in “dl=1” to be
accepted.
Check image URL.
Check that the model number does not
exceed 30 characters.
Enter shipping width.
Enter shipping height.
Enter shipping length.
Enter shipping weight.
Ensure the Supplier SKU does not exceed
the limit.
Ensure each taxonomy level has a taxonomy
name.
Validate the UPC is entered correctly and is
valid. You can also use a 3rd party UPC
