Memorandum of Agreement between Academic Scholars Alliance of Adamson University and

Trampoline Park Philippines

This agreement is between Ms. Charisse Nicole R. Deveza (Vice-President of ASA-AdU)

and Mr. Shay Yellin (Co-Founder of Trampoline Park Philippines). Ms. Deveza and Mr. Yellin
agree to enter this agreement to be a sponsor for the event entitled, Vanquish: Unveil the Best
In You, that will be held on September 29, 2018 at the St. Therese Chapel - Adamson
University.

ASA-AdU agrees to:

 Inclusion of your company logo and company name in all publicity and promotional
materials
- Streamers/tarpaulins/posters to be placed during the event
- Posters and video teasers to be released online
 Acknowledgement in all printed promotional and publicity materials.
 Placement of company advertisement on online pages of the event.
 Privilege of your company logo in all JPIA’s social media sites.
 Privilege to put up company streamer/s, banner and tarpaulins. (Maximum of 3)
 Privilege to distribute product samples, company flyers, coupons, or giveaways
 Privilege to set-up a booth on the event day but the rental fee is not to be shouldered
by our organization.
 Option to give away company products as prizes for the ice breakers, raffle draws, etc.
 Privilege to conduct a 10 minute promotional talk.
 Live acknowledgement as Sponsor
 Privilege to play company video/jingle on the event day (Maximum of 2 minutes per
company video)
 Privilege to be included in the pages of Dagitab – the official annual newsletter of ASA-
AdU (HALF PAGE)
 Documentation of the event
 Copy of the Dagitab – ASA-AdU’s newsletter
 Entitlement to the database of the participants

Trampoline Park Philippines agrees to:

 75 pcs of VIP 50% Discount Vouchers on Trampoline Park's 1-Hour Flying Adventure.
Worth: P13,250
The Collaterals such as Roll up Banner and Tarpaulins should be returned 1 week after the
event together with the soft and hard copies of the documentation. Otherwise this may cause
your organization repercussions on your future proposal to us for noncompliance.
