 Design for Temperory Communities in
Rome - uRelax

We selected small scale farmers in Rome and

the workers have age above 60. By hearing the
problems and needs of the farmers we decided
to build a product which can solve the problem
of storage and place to take rest.
This product ia made up of used pallets and
can arranged in different forms like kids arrang-
ing the LEGO toys. It can easily arramge and
fix together in no time. After assembling work-
ers can sit on uRelax and can keep the tools in
the below area. So that after work people can
arrange and keep the tools safily instead of
throwing here and there. And the door of
uRelax can be made by wood or by plexi glass.
Top of the door is designed in the form of 4
semi-circle holes for easy openenng and closing.

vative Materials - Portable Water
Filter
The main topic of this project is MATERI-
AL POROS?ITY. Now a days availability
of drinkable water is decreasing day by day.
And the available drinking water contains
chemicals like lead and chlorine. Based on this
we decided to make a product to filter water
and portable. So we made portafilt which ex-
actly like a water bottle but small changes
inside. It consist of three sections. In middle
area we kept the activated carbon filter of dif-
ferent porosity.
Through inlet we can collect the water from
pipes and different water medium like ponds,
river etc. after filteration water stored in
bottom area it can also used as glass. The ma-
terial used are Granular Activated Carbon
for filter and PET( polyethylene terephthal-
ate). Cost of this product is very less.

This product be used not only in water pollut-

ed areas but also it act as a good companion in
adventure journey and jogging.
 TRIVET

Design & Analysis of Product using Scan & Solve

Trivet is also known as tripod which is used to elevate the pot and cooking
utensils on the table. The idea of this project is to calculate its mechanical cha-
reteristics like Displacement, Stress and Dander level while keeping the load
and the maximum load it can withstand.

After designing the product it’s manufacture by using 3D Printer.

Dish washer

From a lot of enquries and opinion from different users of dishwaher, those who have
using old dishwaher have main problem like dishes are not clean and they have to clean
that agiain by using hand which lead to more time waste

Rain Drop & Jet

Spray Enhancer

So this product called Spray Enhancer is made of Silicone rubber material which can directly inserted
to spray arms of the dishwahser and locked by using pin and hole mechanusm. This product is a pack of 2
products one is Rain Drop Enhancer in which water is sprat like rain fall not too strong which is used to
clean glasses other one called Jet Spray Enhancer is used to clean Big bowls, this water jet is quite
powerful.

The idea & interest in gardening tools results in the
development of Solar powered lawn mower called
SOLARE: Solar Powered
Solare. Its a Robotic, Smart, Efficient & Interac-
tive lawn mower which neglect the basic rules of
Lawn mower & Cleaner
design. It look like a toy but with a specific purpose.

Solar power is the most easily and freely available

energy in the world. With the help of solar panel it
will absorb the energy and helps to recharge the
battery. Solare powers with the help of both Solar
and battery power So that it can function without
worrying the climatic conditions.

Its made of plexiglass & carbonfibre body. Its body,

shafts, wheel rim, axles, blades are made of Carbon
Fibre material which results in light weight of the
product.

Its integrated with high intelligent technology. It is

contrilled by mobile app or manually through the
screen on the product. In the mobile app we can set
the area, time, depth of cut, pattern of cut etc. In
the mobile app it will show work in progress in per-
centage. After completing the work it will send a no-
tification to the mobile. So that customer can fully
concentrate on other work inside house. Large &
monster wheels help to get good traction so that it
can climb any slops easily.
