1 Introduction

1.1 Objective
This document will serve as the first time user access guide for SSO in DOA.

The objective of SSO is to avoid multiple identification. sign-on (SSO) is a session/user authentication process that permits a user
to enter one name and password in order to access multiple applications. The process authenticates the user for all the
applications they have been given rights to and eliminates further prompts when they switch applications. The applications that
involve in this SSO implementation are AgrIS GeoPortal, MyGAP and SPA.

2.1 Pendaftaran Diri SSO/Self Enrollment

1. Navigate to DOA Portal at http://www.portal.doa.gov.my/ssomulti/index.html

2. For First time login, please click on “Pendaftaran Diri SSO”.

3. To perform “Pendaftaran Diri SSO”, use your IC Number as the Login ID and Password.
4. Fill in the Details as below:
a. Login ID: Your IC Number
b. Password: Your IC Number

c. Security Input: **You can refresh/change the value by using the button.
d. Enter Security Input: Enter the Security Input you seen on the Security Input field.

5. After fill in all the required information, click Continue.

6. Please verify your Details. If the Last Name, Login ID and Full Name are correct, please click Continue.

7. Please read the Terns & Conditions.
8. Please tick the “I agree on terms and conditions” if you agree. Then click Accept.

9. You need to key in your Security answer based on the question. **Please Remember your Security Answer. You will need
this Security Answer for Reset Password.
10. Your Security Answer must contain at less 4 Character.
11. Retype your Security Answer on the “Please confirm your answer”.
12. Please note: There might be different set of Question.

13. After key in your Security Answer on both field, Click Continue.

14. Your Account had been enrolled successfully.

15. Click OK and you will be redirected back to “http://www.portal.doa.gov.my/ssomulti/index.html”.

2.2 First Time Login after Self Enrollment

1. Login to Web SSO by using your IC Number as your ID Pengguna and Password.

2. For First time Login, you will be prompted with message below:

3. Please select “Reset Kata Laluan”. To Reset your Password.

4. You can also click to continue. But, your ID will be disabled after you had used up your Grace Login.
5. It is advised to change your Password when you see this screen.

6. To reset your Password, you will need your Login ID and Security Answer that you set during Self Enrollment.
7. Enter your Login ID and Security Input on the required field.
8. ** You can refresh the Security Input if it is unclear for you.

9. Click Continue.

10. Enter your Security Answer. This is set during the Self Enrollment Process.
11. Click Continue.

12. Enter your New Password.
13. Please note that your password must meet the below criteria:
a. At less 8 character
b. At less one Special Character
c. At less one Digit
14. Enter your password again in the “Confirm your password” field.

15. Click Continue.

16. Your password had been reset successfully.

17. Click Ok and you will be redirected back to “http://www.portal.doa.gov.my/ssomulti/index.html”

18. You can now access to the all the Application.

19. For first login to each of the Application you will need to login using your original Login ID and Password.
20. For sub-sequence login, it will be auto login (SSO).
