CERTIFICATION

This is to certify that MR. JHUNE TINDUGAN MALABANAN, who is

married to Maria Star Reyes Malabanan, approached this office on 27 September
2017 for legal advice and counseling regarding the dissolution of said marriage
on account of their irreconcilable differences and frequent quarrelling that forced
them to live separately.

Further, upon initial discussion of the circumstances of the case, this office
finds merit in the dissolution of the said marriage on the ground of psychological
incapacity.

Mr. Malabanan has committed to engage this office to file any appropriate
action to have the said marriage dissolved once he is able to gather pieces of
evidence in support thereof and to raise funds for payment of professional fees.

This Certification is being issued upon the request of Mr. Malabanan and
for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
