    Dear Madam President:

    I am writing to inform you that on this day, I will not be able to be present on the classes that I handle,
    Marketing Research (7:30 AM-10:30AM) and Total Quality Management (11AM-2PM), for I will be
    attending my proposal defense scheduled on this day which starts from 8AM onwards.

    I sincerely apologize for what happened last Friday, August 10, 2018, when I could only make it at noon
    to deliver my ATM card number to the HR of Navotas Municipality. I was preparing to submit my
    proposal defense papers due on that day. Attached here with this letter are proofs of my determination to
    finish my Master’s Degree.

    I will apologize in person, too.
