In line with the issuance of new Identification Cards this school year, we would like to
ask a permission on your good office to schedule a one-day student electronic signature
on September 04, 2019 starting from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Computer Laboratory.
The pictorial will be done by class section thus, students will go back to their respective
classes after.
The matrix of the pictorial is stated below:

In line with this, we would like to request a class list of every department and one
classroom for the pictorial. This will help to store the pictures in one gallery and
organize other data faster and efficiently.
